    Responsibilities:
    • Provide design, development, and end user support for SharePoint.
    • Provide training for SharePoint.
    • Participated in Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) with a focus on Medical Records and Information Systems.
    • Assist in the implementation of MobileMD - Heath Information Exchange solution from Siemens.
    • Provided support to MSHA Medical Records team in supporting Siemens Electronic Document Management System (EDM).
    • Assisted in the implementation and ongoing support in 3M Heath Data Management software.
    • Assisted in the implementation and ongoing support in 3M Computer Assisted Coding software.
    • Acted as a liaison between Information Systems and Medical Records.
    • Produced documentation for use and support of various software utilized by Medical Records.

    • Supervised a staff composed of 4 full time staff members and up to 30 part time staff.
    • Oversaw the day to day operations of 3 Federal and 1 State grant that totaled over one million dollars.
    • Provided academic and social support to over 189 high school students in East Tennessee.
    • Designed and maintained the Upward Bound Website as well as developed an internal web-based systems to efficiently keep track of students.
    • Assisted in the completion of the Annual Performance Reports submitted to the US Department of Education as well as other reports requested from the Federal Government or East Tennessee State University.
    • Managed annual budgets for the four grants.
